All players require a physical exam by an M.D. and a certified County birth certificate. photocopies are not acceptable. Hospital birth certificates are not valid.

In addition, players and parents must sign The Player Contract/Waiver form, the Code of Conduct contract, and have a doctor complete a Medical Examiner's report.

LAUSD has adopted a 'pay-to-play' policy for organizations using their facilities.

The financial impact for clubs such as ours is substantial: permits for a full season of football based on our traditional schedule exceeds $5000 in new operating expenses. Trojans registration fees have been adjusted to help offset this new fee.

In exchange, The facilites will now be responsible for adequate maintainence and amenities.

Registration will continue on July 26th at the Grant High School, 13000 Oxnard St, Van Nuys from 12-4pm.
